100% Organic Ingredients: Yerba Mate (Ilex paraguariensis), Green Tea (Camellia sinensis), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Peppermint (Mentha piperita, Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri), Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, Lemon Peel (Citrus limon), Guayasa (Ilex guayasa). 

How to Use: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of the Focus herbal tea blend in a cup of boiling water. Be sure to cover the cup as the tea steeps to ensure that the essential oils, which are of medicinal value, do not escape. Allow to steep for approximately 10 minutes then enjoy!
