Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have hypersensitivity or are allergic to herbs in the Lamiaceae family such as basil, hyssop, lavender, perilla, mint, rosemary, sage, thyme. Discontinue use if you experience heartburn or gastrointestinal upset. Naturally spicy, always swallow with a tall glass of water, or mix in juice or milk. Heat sensation is normal, but may cause skin irritation for individuals with sensitive skin. Avoid eyes, nose, ear canals and genitals.
