Our First Impression 2013 Shou is an interesting Pu Er cake. The first couple of brews are lighter, evolving into a classic fermented feel once it opens up. 

Origin:  6 famous mountains that surround the Menghai region (NanNuo, MengSong, BuLang, JingMai, BaDa, HeKai). 

Note: This cake has been divided for smaller quantity sales. This cake can be purchased in 25g, 50g or 100g chunks. 

How to Use

Amount: 8g
Water: 120ml / 1 cup
Temperature: 100°C / 212°F
Steep: 10 seconds (multiple steeps)
