How to Use
Traditionally, Kava Kava was prepared as a beverage by placing the ground root into a strainer bag (cheesecloth, mesh, etc) and tightly twisting then opening. The Kava bag is then inserted into hot, but not boiling water and kneaded for about 10-15 minutes to create an infusion of the kava in the water.
Kava Kava can also be macerated as a herbal tincture or encapsulated.
