Summer Savory (Satureja hortensis) is a unique culinary herb that can be described as similar to Marjoram, but with a minty peppery bite. Summer Savory originates in the Mediterranean and dates back to Ancient Rome where it was used for culinary purposes and its health supporting properties.
Summer Savory is aromatic, warming and smoother in flavor than Winter Savory.
