How to Use

Roll along the forehead, neck and shoulders as desired, during meditations, yoga practices or any moments where you need grounding and mindfulness.

Practice a deep breathing exercise by rolling the product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take deep breaths. You can also roll onto the wrists and inhale.
