Organic Black Tea, Organic Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale), Organic Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), Organic Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum verum), Organic Star Anise (Illicium verum), Organic Clove Bud (Syzygium aromaticum), Organic Black Pepper (Piper nigrum), Organic Fenugreek Seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum).

Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 oz (240 ml) of freshly boiled water (200–212°F / 93–100°C).

For traditional chai: simmer with milk (or milk alternative) and sweetener for 3–5 minutes.

For a lighter brew: steep for 4–5 minutes and enjoy on its own.

Strain before serving and enjoy hot.
