Return Policy

Because our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, we handle returns a little differently than larger, mass-produced companies. Each item is thoughtfully formulated, carefully prepared, and lovingly crafted by hand. We strive to be fair and supportive of our customers while also honouring the time, skill, resources, and devotion that go into creating every product we offer.

Our products are also medicinal in nature. For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be reused, resold, or returned to inventory. Any returned product must be discarded, which results in unnecessary waste of both the medicine itself and the plants, labor, and materials involved in its creation.

For this reason, we encourage mindful and intentional shopping - purchasing only what you truly need and feel confident in using! To support this, we offer sample sizes of many of our products, allowing you to try them first and ensure they’re a good fit before committing to larger quantities.

We’re always happy to answer questions, offer guidance, or help you choose the product that best suits your needs. Our goal is to support your wellness journey while practicing responsible stewardship of the plants and the medicine they provide.

With all of this in mind, we have developed the following policy for returns and exchanges:

 

Opened Products

For safety, quality, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products and opened products are non-refundable. Once a product has been opened, it cannot be reused, resold, or returned to inventory. We understand that not every product will be the right fit for every person. If you’ve tried a product and feel it isn’t working for you, please reach out to us. While we can’t accept the product back, we’re always happy to:

  • Help troubleshoot usage
  • Offer guidance on alternative ways to use the product
  • Suggest a different product that may better suit your needs

 

Unopened & Unused Products

If your product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery/purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos if possible. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.


Final Sale Items

Discounted items, clearance products, and custom or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
