Each ingredient of Gastro Relief has a purpose. Mastic gum, vitamin C, ginger, zinc-carnosine, and sodium alginate – all have a role in supporting and maintaining the upper GI. Through supporting acid balance, protecting and coating structures, and promoting signaling.

Cautions

Allergens: Do not use if have an allergy to Anacardiaceae family, such as pistachio, terebinth, Chinese pistache and Schinus terebinthifolius (Brazilian pepper)
Do not use if: 
• pregnant or breastfeeding
• are taking erectile dysfunction-type products
Consult a health care practitioner before use if:
• you have diabetes mellitus or Crohn’s disease
• you are taking hypoglycaemic agents or hypolipidemic agents
• you have hypochlorhydria/achlorhydria and/or stomach lesions
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
When using this product:
• Methemoglobinemia has been reported on rare occasions following an accidental overdose of potassium nitrate. Intravenous methylene blue is the specific therapy for this condition.
• Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains 25 mg of Zingiber officinale extract (ginger), 37.5 mg of Zinc L-Carnosine, 200 mg of Pistacia lentiscus (mastic gum), and 50 mg of Vitamin C (ascorbic acid).

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Calcium carbonate, calcium chloride, hydrochloric acid diluted, maltodextrin (tapioca), microcrystalline cellulose, potassium nitrate, silicon dioxide, sodium alginate, sodium stearyl fumarate, and sodium hydroxide. Capsule: hypromellose.

Adults (18 and over) – Take two capsules daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. For anti-nausea use: Take 30 minutes before travel. Do not crush, blend or mix the capsules. Swallow the capsule whole. Do not exceed daily dose unless instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
