Herbs are powerful. They’ve been used for centuries to nourish, support, and restore the body—but just like any tool for wellness, they should be approached with knowledge, respect, and intention. Before using any herb that’s new to you, we highly encourage you to do your research, ask questions, and—most importantly—consult a certified healthcare practitioner, whether that’s a clinical herbalist, naturopath, or your trusted family doctor. Everyone’s body is different, and what works incredibly for one person may not be the right fit for another.

While we’re passionate about sharing the wisdom of herbal medicine, not all the information on our website has been reviewed by Health Canada or the FDA—which means it’s up to you to take an active role in your health. Learn, explore, and empower yourself. Herbal medicine is about cultivating a relationship with plants, understanding their effects, and using them with reverence, respect, and intention.

Your health is your own, and it is up to you to ensure that you are using plant medicine safely, effectively and knowledgeably. We’re here to support you as you step into that power by supplying high-quality, handcrafted and sustainably sourced herbs and plants.
