Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz (240 ml) of freshly boiled water. Steep for 3–5 minutes for a smooth, flavorful cup. Pu-erh tea is excellent for multiple infusions—simply increase the steep time slightly with each brew. Enjoy as-is or with a splash of milk for an extra creamy treat.
