2. As a sleep aid (during times of mental stress)
3. To help relieve the pain associated with menstruation (antispasmodic)

Ingredients: Organic Skullcap, Non-GMO Cane Alcohol, Distilled Water.

Dose: 1-1.6ml 3x per day (up to 10 days)
